The Humane Society is an independent, non-profit animal welfare organization. We receive no government funding. We are dedicated to preventing animal cruelty and finding homes for companion animals. We serve the community by sheltering animals, finding them homes, investigating reports of animal cruelty, educating people of all ages, and rescuing animals from threatening situations. The Humane Society was established in the early 1900s by volunteers.
Thank you to our community!
Your New Honey Animal ID
Honey is a spayed female, about 6 years old. Wonderful with children, and still very active. She was adopted once from our shelter over a year ago, and returned when the family separated. She is heartbroken over the loss of her family, and looking for a real forever home. This pic is of her in her Christmas foster home, enjoying the comfort of a couch with a friend.
